All continental US orders ship free of charge. We ship to select countries internationally as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Please email us for details and we are happy to coordinate your purchase.
ORDERS: Stocked items are processed and shipped within 2 business days. If for any reason there is a delay or your item is out of stock we will contact you by email.
All orders placed on Friday after 11:30am EST will be shipped on the following Monday.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For domestic orders, we ship via UPS ground or USPS Priority mail. Depending on your location, it takes on average 3-5 business days to receive your order.
If you require expedited shipping please contact us within 4 hours of your order placement and we will give you an estimated price for the amended shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placement of your order and we will provide a custom quote.
All international buyers are responsible for taxes and duty upon delivery.
ALL ORDERS VALUED OVER $500: Any orders over $500 will require signature confirmation upon delivery. If for any reason the courier ships items back to us after several missed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.
We are confident you will love your Vagari Home purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied returns can be made if you meet our return requirements.

- We accept returns on unused items in original condition within 10 days of purchase.
- Upon receipt of your returned item in original condition we will notify you by email that your return has been received. A full refund minus any restocking fee will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take 3-5 days for your financial institution to reflect your refund.
- All rugs are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All discounted items and those shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or an international destination are final sale.

PURCHASING VINTAGE PIECES
Many of the items in our assortment are vintage one-of-a-kind pieces. As these were often made for personal use the item may show signs of age and wear including repaired tears and holes, fraying and fading. These details are part of the unique history of the piece and add to the beauty and character of the item. All vintage items are cleaned prior to shipment to your home.
We advise you to vacuum your rug regularly. In the case of a long pile or more delicate rug, raising the beaters or minimizing their impact on the rug is best. Please try and remove stains as soon as possible with a clean towel and warm water. Dab do not rub the stain to lift it from the fibers. For more stubborn stains we recommend professional cleaning with a rug specialist.
For even wear it is important to rotate your rug annually. Long pile rugs can shed. This is normal and will lessen over time. It is best to vacuum your rug regularly as part of its continuative care.
PILLOW AND TEXTILE CARE
Try to remove any spills immediately by dabbing with warm water and a clean cloth. Dry Cleaning is advised to address more stubborn stains.
Please periodically fluff your pillows to revive the loft and offset any feather migration or lumping in the insert.
Dry cleaning is advised for all textiles unless otherwise noted.
